Sahara Jewellery is not responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries caused by third-party delivery companies. Sahara Jewellery is not responsible for any late deliveries as a result of delayed shipping due to COVID-19 impacts.

 

For pre-ordered items, your parcel will be shipped once all items are available. Please reach out to info@saharajewellery.com.au if you require two separate shipments.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

Please note: Items purchased in our Black Friday sale are eligible for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued for items purchased on sale, unless faulty. Please email us at info@saharajewellery.com.au to initiate an exchange or store credit. Please continue reading for items not purchased in our Black Friday sale. 

 

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@saharajewellery.com.au or send us a message here. We will get back to you ASAP. You can also initiate a return via your customer account.

We offer free size and product exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note we are only able to initiate one exchange free of charge, any subsequent exchanges for the same order will require the customer to cover postage. Customers outside of Australia: we are currently unable to process return shipping labels. Please reach out to us at info@saharajewellery.com.au so we can discuss return shipping options.

Change of Mind

Sahara will offer a store gift card to the full amount including the shipping costs we have already paid (if applicable), so you don’t have to pay for shipping twice. If you need a refund, we will refund the cost of the item less shipping costs. We do not offer free return shipping for change of mind returns. Sahara will cover shipping costs in the case of faulty or damaged goods deemed not at fault of the customer.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of order confirmation.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

 

  • Any item not in its original condition, worn, damaged, scratched or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • We do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale or with a promo code.

 

Orders Placed with Afterpay

We are unable to refund orders placed with AfterPay due to the cost we incur for offering this service to you. We will instead issue you with a store gift card to the amount of your order.

 

Warranty

We offer 12 month warranty on all items. If you have any issues with your item being faulty, we will offer a store gift card to the full amount paid and we will cover all shipping costs. Any damage due to wear & tear as per our Care Guide will not be covered under warranty.
